Meet the Maker: Laurie! I create unique art jewelry from re-purposed copper. All my work is handmade by me.I also play with beads as that is where I started in the world of jewelry! I took classes in 2001 and learned the art of working with metal. I had some wonderful instructors, Dawn Nakanishi and Carol Holiday. I also had the opportunity to take an etching work shop from the late great Carol Webb. These three women changed my world of jewelry making forever! After a two year class marathon I stopped and decided to work on my style. A...

Totes by Clydesdale at The Christmas Goose Boutique!

Meet the Maker: Deborah! Deborah Miller is the owner and creator at Totes By Clydesdale. I have been sewing tote bags since August 2015. It started with one bag for my daughter. I enjoyed sewing it, so I made more, and more; and it kept growing until I gave tote bags to everybody that holiday season. Then my tote bags were available for sale at a coffee shop in Cupertino that sold handmade items of various sorts (it has since changed ownership and doesn't sell crafts any more). Meet the Maker: Mary! I have loved to sew and craft since my mother, a sewing perfectionist, introduced me to sewing when I was a youngster, and then bought me my first sewing machine when I was 11.  When I retired from the corporate world a few years ago, I decided to create a small business where I could use my passion to sew, and my love of fabrics to create a variety of items.  My products include purses, crossbody and tote bags, purse accessories, kitchen and table products, baby items, and more.    Travel and taking pictures during travels...

Whimsical Dolls at the Christmas Goose Boutique!

Whimsical Dolls

Meet Our Maker: Susan! I never liked sewing, but then around the time Cirque du Soleil hit the scene, all of a sudden I started getting ideas for weird, whimsical dolls. So I turned to fabric and started experimenting.  Many years and many experimental dolls later I'm still sewing.  I love combining prints and colors in maybe unexpected ways and a piece of fabric can inspire a new creation.  Along with the dolls I make those cute mice pincushions.  They take on a life of their own as soon as I add the eyes. Hope you enjoy. View Susan's Whole Collection Here
